Exploring light and dark

A year ago I stopped shooting digital to properly concentrate on using film. I have processed quite a lot of film at home now, and I think I might finally be getting somewhere...
I love the slowness of the journey. Each tidbit of knowledge takes time to become ingrained and second nature.
These photographs arrived through my Diana camera, which I adore (even though the back likes to fall off and spoil film). It is light as a feather and the shutter clunks like an awkward teenager. Each photograph is a wisp of a thing. I hope you enjoy my holiday pictures.

Lovely, dark, and soft pictures. I miss the dark room sometimes...I am trying to find a digital camera that allows me to take low light pictures like I used to do with my manual camera.

Thank you kindly. I hope you find the camera for you. I'm slowly gathering the pieces for a darkroom, but for now I scan my film at home as a happy compromise.

Nice pictures. Yea, film allows you to take your time, get a little deeper into it.
